Be Fit Gym, a fitness center you can feel comfortable in. We have Cybex and Life Fitness Signature Series strength machines, a full free weight area, cardio and top of the line MedX core and spine machines.
There is also a separate womens center within the gym.
Quality locker rooms with showers, sauna, tanning, Beez Kneez smoothie bar, as well as an indoor basketball court and boxing area. We are owner operated, if you have a concern we can take care of it. So whether you live in Holmen, Onalaska or LaCrosse, stop in and check us out!
