Be Fit Gym, a fitness center you can feel comfortable in. We have Cybex and Life Fitness Signature Series strength machines, a full free weight area, cardio and top of the line MedX core and spine machines.
There is also a separate women's center within the gym.
Quality locker rooms with showers, sauna, tanning, as well as an indoor basketball court and boxing area. We are owner operated, if you have a concern we can take care of it. So whether you live in Holmen, Onalaska or LaCrosse, stop in and check us out!
